I've never seen an inscriptable Gothic Defender... so unless something has changed you're gonna be looking for awhile

Gothic skins are factions-only, so they don't come inscriptable.

previous campaign specific weapons became available in nf [ie. magmas shields - tyria, diamond/iridescent aegises - cantha, not to mention more] but i have yet to see any inscribable murssat weapons from tyria or any weapons found in luxon/kurzick territories in nf.
